Love of God

Ephesians 3:14,15,16,17,18,19 Paul was speaking about serving the Gentiles. God is concerned about each and every person.

I need to go further into the love of God. It is large. It is beyond understanding. How can I know something that is beyond knowledge? My experience with each other. In disagreements, having a love for God and each other keeps us bound together. I have to experience the love of God to know how to love others.

John 3:16 God seeks for each one individually.

God's love is vast and deep. To go deeper into the love of God I must experience difficult things, usually with people. Sometimes I don’t know why God is doing something. He doesn’t do this because he is against me. It’s because He loves me.

1 John 4:7,8 Love originated with God. He is the source. What actions show love to my brother and sister? Am I talking about another behind their back? That isn’t showing love.

I will have disagreements. The Bible gives instruction on how to handle it: Go directly to the person and let them know. Not someone else.

How do I handle a disagreement with my spouse? I have a responsibility to God and to my spouse. Words can be forgiven but will not forgotten. The Bible instruction helps me know how to love and live with others in a practical way.

Psalm 139:1,6 God can get past wounds and failures. God locates hidden things in me out of love. The psalmist expressed how good God is despite personal failures.

God may have to change me so the love of God flows through me.
