2 Corinthians 10:5 God is a good father and helps direct my life. Remembering that truth and the realities of Christ will help me with my difficult thoughts. I can also lovingly remind others who are struggling. A good prayer is: Please remove any lie that will prevent me from becoming the person You have meant me to be.

Not Hungry

Acts 26:24,25,26,27,28,28,30,31,32

Am I hungry? I have a need to be filled with righteousness. If I have been invited to the feast, am I partaking? Why do some linger near the door, but do not participate in the feast? What does “further up and further in” the kingdom mean?

Psalm 23:5 The banquet takes place in the middle of life and in the presence of spiritual enemies that can discourage and threaten.

Acts 5:1 They were a part of God's people, but reached a point where they chose to lie.

John 12:34,5,7 Judas was the accountant, called by and walking with Jesus. There came a point where Judas was no longer partaking of the banquet.

Genesis 13:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 Lot moved from outside the city into a home inside the city. This is not where the banquet feast was taking place.

Am I heading in or out? Am I still feasting?

Agrippa was convicted by the spirit but he didn’t have enough belief. “You almost persuade me,” means the worldly and heavenly way was equally attractive.

I can be close to the table and stop believing. If I am satiated by another food, I am not hungry for the feast. I will lose the strength the feast gives me.

Grace and the ability to comprehend God's boundless grace is one of the many parts of the feast. It creates an appetite for more. It’s good for me. It makes me healthy.
