The Ten Virgins: Back to School Edition

If you want to do well in life or in school or spiritually, you have to make good choices.

Matthew 25:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 These were ten people who wanted to do the right thing (be pure). They wanted to be a good testimony. But then came the daily decisions.

Psalms 139:14 You don’t have to be anyone but yourself. Be consistent.

Isaiah 40:29,30,31 The workload can feel like too much. There is a temptation to give up or to cheat. That’s the time to make good decisions.

Luke 6:27,28 Am I going to be unkind when I am treated unfairly? Do I want to “get back?”

Proverbs 4:23,24,25 26 We are bombarded by media choices. It’s a big part of my life. What do I focus on and spend time doing? What do I share with others? If someone shared this about me, would I appreciate it?

Some decisions are easy; some are hard. We won’t always make the right choice every single time. But if we have a heart to serve God, he will help with the next one.
