Deuteronomy 6:5 God wants me to give him all or nothing. He doesn’t want a piece or half of my life. When I give all to God he gives more than that back to me.

Making Heaven Earthly or Earth Heavenly?

Genesis 11:1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9 When humanity approaches the divine and attempts to bring it down to earth, this is a corruption, similar to what happened with Adam and Eve in the garden.

Matthew 6:9,10 Hallowed (holy) be thy name is in contrast to wanting to make a name for oneself. What is God's will in heaven? Holiness. His will is that in earth would be holy like in heaven.

Genesis 11:4 The desire to reach heaven in order to bring heaven down to earth was to create “a name” for themselves so they might not be scattered. “A name” is a reference to God. They felt that they eradicate fear if they were like God.

Am I building a tower in my life to bring heaven down to me so I can have power and personal identity? The will of God is that He would come down and heaven would be in earth so I don’t need to build a tower.

Acts 2:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,47 In Genesis, when they were scattered they stopped building the city. In Acts, they were all agreeing, in one place. They all suddenly heard their own language and then they continued building.

The difference is a heavenly earth. The earth has been changed by heaven. This brings kindness and gentleness. The Spirit brings diversity into the room to work together for God's will.
