Just and Holy God

1 John 1:5 Light often represents truth in contrast to evil and error. There is no darkness in God.

1 Peter 1:15,16

Titus 2:12 God wants us to be holy here and now. This is a high calling. But it is not impossible or difficult.

Luke 10:19,20 The high calling is attainable, but I can’t do this on my own.

Matthew 16:18 There’s a cost. I must be holy and just.

The enemy plants idea that holiness cannot be obtained. Even after becoming a Christian, the enemy is still the accuser and will use shame. But God has called us and he gives the power to do this - even for young people.

It isn’t the job of angels to spread the gospel and be an example; it is our responsiblity to be a light.
