Impossible to break, unconditional, long suffering, forgiving, nurturing protective all these and more are examples of a mothers love.

How can this love, a mothers love be applied in our reaching out to souls?

That we would love one another as our mother loves us, willing to put those we reach out to on the altar praying for Gods will in their life, or as the spiritual mother nurturing in love the new convert as they get established in the things of God.

The bible offers us many examples of a mothers love and gives us countless lessons we can learn from in how a mothers love is expressed. One particular example that exemplifies the depth of a mothers love is found in I Kings 3:16-27

As we reach out to souls in our daily lives consider the depth of a mothers love and strive to emulate the love like that of a mothers love.

This is such a wonderful "lesson" from God and the illustration of how the True Church of God is the spiritual Mother. She gives her all, to rescue lost souls for salvation, and she nurtures them by investing her all. Thank You, this outreach is so encouraging! smilies/smiley.gif

"Impossible to break, unconditional, long suffering, forgiving, nurturing protective" These are so rare to find in sincerity in the world we live in today. Could that explain why it this lesson has had 71 hits thus far? This is a heart touching thought!

i loved it .........
god said that he cant be present everywhere so he made a mother to take care of us
